John, also known as The Man Who Innapropriately Touches People, is a character played by Adrian Dean in The Man Who Touches People Inappropriately in Fortnightly Fap Off.
He is a big fan of rock music and 3 Doors Down. He loves Boost Juice, and spends his time drinking it on his lazy boy recliner. He has nine Boost Juices a day and is on the Boost Juice diet where he consumes nothing but Boost Juice, having lost 7000kg on this diet. He doesn't swim, cycle, do diving competitions, go to the gym or wank off little friends. He also has a penchant for grabbing people's crotches, sticking fingers down their throats and generally touching people inappropriately.

He opens the door to Mark, and introduces himself as The Man Who Innapropriately Touches People. When Mark says he lives three doors down, he starts singing Kryptonite by 3 Doors Down because he's a big fan of rock music. He says he hasn't seen Mark's cat because he's been siting inside on his lazy boy recliner drinking Boost Juice. He says he has nine Boost Juices every day, and explains his Boost Juice diet. He grabs Mark's crotch. Mark asks him if this is because he's the man who inappropriately touches people, to which he responds by sticking two fingers down Mark's throat.
